2. They will shoot it down if we are a nation like the founders wanted.

They will let the guy slide, only if we have become an outlaw nation. There would be no Justice in the Justice department just like when Gonzo was in charge, if the AG gives his blessing to any form of torture. Maybe if we changed the name of the Department Of Justice to the GESTAPO or the KGB, it might work out.

and will say again, it doesn't matter what answer he gives they will confirm him anyway. I can already hear it being said, Judge Mukasey has a different take on water boarding than what we would prefer but he is very well qualified and will make a excellent Attorney General, congratulation on your confirmation.
