9. Way back in the day we used to think he was a comedian

I used to work in a computer support department where everyone was liberal. During lunch we would turn on the Rush Limbaugh show and laugh our asses off at his comments. We thought he was some sort of liberal comedian playing at being a conservative and over selling it (sort of a proto Colbert). We could not believe that anyone could say the things he did and mean it. It had to be a put on.

Sigh... we were so young and innocent then. Now the man's words makes my ears bleed.

14. I listen to him when I can

I just like to hear what the official Repub talking points are for the day.

Listening to Rush is like listening to the news from the perspective of aliens from another planet.

He consistently gets his facts wrong, then proceeds to draw the most incredible conclusions from those "facts". But he does it in such a way as to make it sound credible.

Most of the time it doesn't bother me. But when he talks about science, it makes me cringe. He's really such an uneducated, ignorant boob.

I think that's the main problem with America these days that an idiot like Rush CAN be so popular.
