The whole thing will probably be over with by tomorrow.

2. It's calm here and a little cooler
It feels like the "wild" part of it is over and that the winds may be going away, making it much easier for them to stop the fires. A lot of the fires are still burning and it's going to take a while to get them out. But the weather seems to be taking a turn for the better.
