I mean you could probably build one yourself with a metal tube and lighter and some lead fishing weights, if you have the black powder (which is sold to children in Target inside model rocket kits)

this is like 400 year old technology here.

Muzzle loaders! They are freaking out over muzzle loaders!!! I could build this from Home depot, and make my own black powder from basic supplies. Good grief. This is technology that dates back to the 1300s.
