Maybe they finally got his med cocktail just right so he isn't such an embarrassment? And they want to get him out there as much as possible before his drug addled body rejects the new mix?

Presser today, speech tomorrow -- anything to keep him in front of our eyeballs (OUCH!) and to try and distract from the debate.

But of course he ISN'T PAYING ATTENTION to that debate ... rrriiiight.
