Come from the fact the state gets the cheapest providers.These providers are often incompetent. Some are not worth a shit,and others do a damn good job.And the state is going to have to accept some people cannot work ever.And they have a right to exist.
Never trust a salesman to tell the truth about how well a program he profits off of is helping clients lives.
Because a providers interest is keeping clients captive ,and recruiting more,so to speak.
There's little scam games going on,with some providers...
One provider's director embezzled 100,000 or so from the state and he quit that next day. He may have gotten away if I didn't report what I overheard, than the program figured out I snitched and they made my life hell there.
