Since it makes you feel all powerful to boast about your desires to pluck apart another human being. Why aren't you volunteering for execution duty. Why don't you become a bounty hunter and bring them all to justice, by any means necessary. Get out there and torture people if you have to, to get every last one of them. What's stopping you?
