How in the hell can this be allowed?
We just received our monthly power bill from IREA - Douglas County Area south of Denver CO. In the envelope along with our bill was a pamphlet entitled "Global Warming: Man-Made or Natural?". Well to say the least there was no debate in this pamphlet which was a reprint of lecture given by a professor at Hillsdale College on June 30. Enraged after reading this crap I went to IREA's website and saw even more anti global warming bullshit <http://www.intermountain-rea.com/legislative.htm>

What kind of recourse do we have against this company? Its not like we have an option for another power company. Anyone have any ideas?

1. I'd send it to by State rep...
Utilities are usually creatures of State governments.

6. Ah- thanks for the explanation. I was checking your profile since
I travel in Colorado alot.

Good luck in your new home. Keep the thermostat turned as low as possible so you don't have to pay this company as much! :hi:
