2. I Love Conyers, But He Is A Lousy Public Speaker
He can't even convincingly read his own speech.

3. "...wasted at the altar of this administration's arrogance."
Short, elegant and eloquent....and it sums up the last six years. John Conyers, the benevolent philosopher and statesman. :yourock:

6. I admire Conyers so much
We all owe him a debt of gratitude, because he has been tireless in exposing the lies of the * administration. I love the guy, and he has never been afraid to speak the truth. I would add, though, that lives are being lost not only due to arrogance, but to avarice. Bush and Cheney's cronies are becoming even richer through our troops being killed and maimed.

7. It's not simply American lives, its Iraqi lives, Brit lives, and many other nationalities.
The place where those originated is not important.

What is important is that many people across the globe are being used and abused, killed and targeted for someone elses immmoral profit and greed.

8. And BRAVO for him saying Wasted and I hope he doesn't apologize for that.
Our military was lied into a war, not to defend our country..(I hate when I hear that)but to do the bidding of the lying sociopath and his minions.

9. It's the truth.
Chevron, Halliburton and Exxon Mobil are not noble causes worth sacrificing our soldiers over.
