This is the potential asshole that's a suspect in the rape of the 3 year old in the sex tape splashed about the news lately.

This guy was just profiled on America's Most Wanted again. He's still out there, and if he's the one in the tape, he needs to be brought to justice. Spread the word.

Such a shame that President Arthur has to share a name with this monster.

My concern is that the longer this guy is out there, the greater the likelihood that he will just vanish into thin air, and the story will drift into obscurity.
