I just ran into Jay Inslee on my lunch break!

Downtown Seattle, street corner, Jay all by himself looking for an address. So I walked with him and asked him about what's happening with the next war appropriation, the Cheney impeachment bill, and the 54 investigations. I am so STOKED at getting the chance to speak face-to-face with a real Congresscritter. I love Seattle. And thanks to all 300+ of you who turned out for the Freedom From Fear action on Tuesday. It was a beautiful thing.

Geeze, I was just out and about in downtown Seattle and I didn't see him!

4. Yes he did

He believes that impeachment against Cheney would rally the R's and be a tactical error. The 54 investigations are going forward at full speed, and he believes will get to the bottom of the attorney firings, et al. And the R's are weakening on support for the occupation. He was great. I helped him find the address he was looking for. I'm still STOKED, and so glad I had my talking points ready after the Tuesday action (I was media liaison for the event and made it into the P-I).

I found him on the corner of 3rd and Marion, he was going toward Pioneer Square.
