"An Ass-Kissing, Little Chickensh*t" --- PROOF

http://thinkprogress.org/2007/09/12/webb-fallon

Fallon told Petraeus that he considered him to be “an ass-kissing little chickensh*t” and added, “I hate people like that”, the sources say. That remark reportedly came after Petraeus began the meeting by making remarks that Fallon interpreted as trying to ingratiate himself with a superior.

When i first saw this photo this morning, i thought the sycophantic mug was Lieberman.

1. Now I know I'm not the only one thinking...
... that they probably killed that guy because he was too cozy with BushCo.

Hm.

5. remember with McCain bought sunglasses in Iraq...
and the market was bombed soon after? there were a few stories about how Iraqis HATE IT when US officials show up for photo-ops b/c it puts them at risk for being seen as collaborators.

surely this sheik thought he had enough "security," prolly promised by Petrayass -- if not by his own militia.

cnn even reported the death as an "assassination."

2. They do have similar looks don't they.
Both are apparently religious nutballs as well. Can anyone verify Petraeus' fundie status?

4. Elevation in human social groups is typically done through sucking
ass of someone above you.

It is why we teach group-work beginning in elementary school. In this way one person emerges with the skills necessary to be elevated on the backs of others and attached to the next higher level via negative oral pressure.

Somepeople become so adept at this that they can not only do it without holding their nose they can simultaneously maintain a smile and perfect balance on the backs of their former peers.

6. hmmm -- true
those groups in school -- there was always one kid who had the practical skill to do the task. then there was the kid with the "political" skill to take credit for it.

12. Yeah, most places are like that
I remember when I thought I'd like to "play the game" and then really got what people were doing to each other and decided to bow out. Now I just do grunt work!
