It kills a part of me to say so, but that's what I expect.

They'll balk, and point out the errors in his report, but in the end they'll fund the war again.

However, if I am proven wrong I will be a very, very happy woman.

4. Expect the worst

In this case I think that's very sound advice. We've written, called and assembled . They know our feelings on this matter.

What we have accomplished is to draw attention to the matter. We are also responsible for a large portion of the changes in Americas attitudes toward this war. That's no small feat giving the America we live in today. However, I don't think our feelings, our passions nor our desires will end up being enough to keep them from voting to give the war funding yet again.

I know I may come across as a defeatist, but I don't feel defeated. Just shoved back and disregarded again. I don't like being disregarded. If anything, I feel I need to fight even harder if they permit this war to continue. Such is my nature. Never tell me something isn't possible which I believe in, unless you want me to spend ten times the energy I was before proving you wrong.

Keep the faith. We are in the right on this matter. We're just not done fighting to prove that fact.
