1. Absolutely friggin' correct
Anyone who votes to keep funding Iraq votes to keep funding the raping of innocent Iraqi girls, the massacre of innocent Iraqi civilians, and the plundering of Iraq's oil and mineral resources in order to enrich a select few.

3. The Disconnect...Defunding Without Hurting The Troops
Yep, it's parsing, but it's being done in many places around this country. It's a disconnect between the majority who want to "end the war" or want "out of Iraq" but also want to still "support the troops". It's Democrats fearing that any vote that is spun in "hurting the troops"...thus the parsing of timelines and troop levels and what exactly "out" means. Yes, we want troops out, but in as safe a way as possible...and with competent leadership...especially on the way out.

4. Fund the Withdrawal.....there's no disconnect there. Get the troops out.
Support our troops by allowing them to LIVE.

5. Aren't 60 votes needed, not just 51?

8. No votes are actually needed, just a collective Democratic spine
Since the Dems are in the majority, put there but us anti-war folks thank-you-very-much, all that is required is for the Dems to hold each and every single supplemental war funding bill in committee and VOILA, the war is defunded and the troops are coming home.

Sadly, Pelosi took this option off the table before this Congress was even seated last January.

7. Are you talking about in America?
I haven't seen any here or Iraq..America voted for a Democratic majority so America would change course in almost every area. Not just the iraq Occupation. How have we changed course in Health Care or Environment since the Democrats took control of congress? Or Immigration or rebuilding our infrastructure or bettering our education system? What has changed?
