Is tweety's skin melting off his face?
did he just come out of the wax museum?

he also is talking as if sedated....very different affect tonight; serious, modulated, compared to his normal, manic demeanor.

discussing the trial with Shuster: journalism as the first draft of history, with the trial providing context for CHeney's case for war.

"I've never been able to establish whether the VP got a report back from that trip (Wilson)"...."unless he did get a report, but wouldn't admit it."

he's warming up a bit now, bit still seems catatonic

now Shuster and Matthews are doing a bit of logrolling regarding the first days (four years ago) of the story.

why did they let the story die before the election, then, even as they mention how the WH was able to rely on reporters not talking to Fitzgerald until they were forced, thus running out the clock. Funny, Chris. Why have you never gone into why you and your good friend Russert SAT on the huge story of how the WH pressured you for your doing your job. What you kept quiet about when it MATTERED is an important reason for why we are where we are today, you hypocritical, narcissistic, blowhard.

Live in the real world some day; see yourself for what you are: a fascist loving enabler. And when I use the F-word, you know exactly what I mean. I little bit of that goes a long way, doesn't it?

1. Shit. I hope he's doing okay.
I hope his diabetes isn't acting up again. I fear he is not a well man.

3. Did you hear him say (yesterday, I think...there was a thread about it)
that he hopes the trial works out well for everybody?

I don't wish him ill health, but he and his corporate media houseboys have done great damage to this country over the last seven years.

2. now for the requisite Dem bashing, in the guise of covering Barack's
incipient campaign

how long before he starts going after Hillary, his favorite topic, after St. Rudy?

4. Pretty obvious the MSNBC brass had him back off, and then he let Wilson detractors
go uncountered for the most part throughout 2004.

He knows he got shut down, and he's trying to distract from that now by being 'focused' on the trial - after all, we all know now that Hardball WAS contacted to shut up, and they actually did tone down on the definitive link to WH while WH was claiming there was no link at all.

5. exactly, and to say nothing of Russert, or Woodward, for that matter.
when is he going to testify for Libby, btw? Woodward, that is.
I heard it on the radio today.

and how do you like the way the M$M is going after Rudy? Sure making it tough on America's Mayor, aren't they?

6. Sen Ben Nelson, DINO, talking about Feith. ??????
why him?

Tweety, to his credit (just a little late, though), just called it a CRIME to lie one's way into a war.

8. CM: "Do you think it was about five or six people in the government,"
"and five or six columnists" who pushed us into this war, persuading Bush into invading?

Drumnheller says it was a larger group, intimating something like PNAC, but never naming it, or any names, where CM did mention Cheney, Rumsfeld, and a few others.

9. I think he must be on some medication that is affecting him. Recently..
he's been drooling uncontollably, and tonight I saw some sweat over his upper lip.

11. That was alarming. The drool I mean
I saw that last week. I wasn't sure if it was drool or sweat. But he looked terrible.

He must have a pretty horrible case of diabetes. I thought nowadays such things were more controllable.

12. His "Ups & Downs" are amazing. Here's live video from his show just up on MSNBC
I guess you don't have to wait for "Transcripts" anymore. You can get it online as long as you are willing to watch a few seconds of a commercial before you get the view....

I just got wireless and a new computer ...so I'm enjoying all this new stuff after so many years of "Dial Up."

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036697/

So...if anyone can watch it who missed it you can see the "Tweety in Rehab" tonight....Next Week it will be the FIGHTING TWEETY and who knows what the next night will be. :eyes:
