I'm awarding the quote of the day, to Tom Joyner. He was in NOLA today to mark the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, and he talked to Mayor Ray Nagin.

During the conversation, he asked Nagin regarding Bush "Why is he here?" Nagin explained that many officials come every year to mark the anniversary of Katrina.

Tom Joyner responded that he comes every year too...but "when I come, I'm bringing something."
