...to me if the guy is gay or a sex addict or just a perverted deviant who has a penis fetish or voyeuristic impulses. Where all such behavior is prohibited by law in public restrooms, anyone caught engaged in such behavior like Senator Craig and found guilty in a court of law must suffer the penalty as mandated by law.

Craig must now go to jail and if he is in fact found to be mentally ill, then he will go to a psychiatric facility to be treated. However, he must finish his jail term and also suffer the same requirements of sexual deviance registration as every other person who is caught engaged in such behavior, that is a life time record as being a registered sex offender.
