2. As a skin cancer survivior, a lot. There are UVA rays and UVB rays

and some sunscreens only protect from one and not the other (some rays cause sunburn, others wrinkles and sun cancer). There is also the SPF rating which it ends up that they give that rating based on putting a SHOT GLASS of the stuff on your body. All of this and more means it needs to be regulated.

4. I read a thread that some sun screen products had solid cancer causing particulates in them. They

are not required to notify you that you may be giving yourself cancer in your attempt to stay healthy. Hence the push to require testing and labeling.
