block houses with really crapy looking mortor.. my father in law LP said the mortor
looked like they made it out of mud and dog shit

collection of OLD multi story tenement buildings when i was there, it was a while back, they still has a refugee community called HattiVille.. from the last tragic hurricane.. our government did literally nothing to help them after hurricane Hatti LEVELED THE COUNTRY.. it blew all the leaves off he jungle and you could see for miles.. where previously you could only see maybe 20 feet.. it is a POOR Poor poverty ridden place.. with very beautiful and wonderful people, my X-wife lives there.

2. Latest BBC News information
Hurricane Dean has struck Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula near the border with Belize, bringing driving winds and lashing rain.

Cancun and other tourists resorts are being spared a direct hit as the storm comes ashore near the city of Chetumal.
