Court Rules Against F.B.I. in Raid on Lawmaker
~snip...WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 — Representative William Jefferson, the Louisiana Democrat under indictment on corruption charges, won a partial victory in court today as an appellate tribunal ruled that federal agents went too far when they searched his office last year.

The agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation violated the Constitution when they viewed legislative papers in Mr. Jefferson’s Capitol Hill office, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled, citing a principle that goes back hundreds of years, to the time of all-powerful English monarchs.

1. Nancy Pelosi, likened it today to the Capitol Police going into Karl Rove's desk.

This was at the end of a press conference Pelosi held with Reed this afternoon. Although in reality, if he would be held in inherent contempt, wouldn't the Sargent of Arms be able to go into Rove's desk?
