BOSTON, Mass. - July 27, 2007 - We've all heard about the recording industry going after Napster and iTunes and people who share copyrighted music.

Now the National Composers' Union is pursuing royalties from the old New England tradition of summer bandstand concerts. WBUR's Lara Farrar reports.

The audio for this story will be available on WBUR's web site after 10 a.m. on Friday.
