Life just won't be the same. Where else can you learn that a midget was flushed down a toilet?

2. I'm not above reading through tabloids while waiting on the checkout line
but even I have standards. I didn't want to TOUCH that paper, never mind be seen reading it. But take heart--I understand they're moving onto the Web full time.

3. We used to always pick up a copy on the way to my friend's cabin
It provided hours of entertaiment over the weekends - especially when we were younger and might imbibe in some natural refreshments before reading it.

My all time favorite story was the woman who was molested by an octopus. "I felt so dirty," she said.

5. Sad
I mean...according to Men in Black that's where the real news is.

And we all know that movies are where people turn for the truth... :silly:

9. Maybe we didn't listen to him. A warning shriek about George W. Bush?
Could BatBoy, after all is said and done, been the Prophet? Perhaps the aliens who spoke to Rush Limbaugh can yet provide us with guidance.

7. Hey there is still the Enquirer
on a funny note, a prof I worked for, she had a PhD and was a loyal follower of this "newspaper"

She was blind so guess who got to read it to her?

I learned a lot, especially how to recycle stories

;-)

She was a good lady though
