Impeach and convict for Treason, then...
then charge all Bush supporters with Criminal Neglegence and Aiding and Abedding, convicting them but giving them time served because they have suffered as well.

7. is aiding and abetting in war crimes the same as committing war crime
I know that aiding and abetting in murder or other major crimes results in getting people convicted of murder and even executed so why aren't war crimes treated the same way.
