4. Bush signs a letter handing over power

gets knocked out, probed, folded spindled and mutilated, has a nice nap laying on his belly, wakes up, signs another letter, and we're back to being led by a walking ball-sack.

It may even be done by now.

And no, he won't take over. He did that whjen he tapped himself for VP, pressured CIA analysts into exaggerating WMD reports, destroyed a WMD interlligence network and the agent who ran it, shot a guy in the face, and decided he didn't want the OVP to be part of the Executive Branch.

The letter was a formality. The power didn't go anywhere.

8. I would guess that he is just the "president" while bu$h is incapacitated. When decider boy wakes,

he resumes his duties as pResident. Will darth cheney try something stupid? How would we know? Everything he does is stupid and illegal.
