You must mean the taxpayers forked over big bucks for george's rugs

A couple of million for the CIA to investigate the rugs
A couple of million for Halliburton to ship the rugs back to Washington
A couple of million for Blackwater to protect the rugs
A couple of million to ExxonMobile for the fuel to fly the rugs back
A couple of million to warehouse the rugs until needed

Good old george; he is such a magnificent steward of the taxpayer's money.
