Reid changed his vote to No for that reason. Since Byrd's Senate Parliamentarian (or whatever it's called), it seems the most logical explanation...That way, should anything happen to Reid, Byrd can still bring it forward.

and I got the answering machine that told me, office hours are from 7am to 5pm Monday -Friday...so I left a message asking him to support Levin/Reed..left my name,address & Tele # as well, as a constituent...he'll send me some form letter in the mail in about 3 weeks...like he always does...
