的知 pleased to say that I am not an expert in prostitution law,粘en. Susan Collins (R-ME) responding to whether she believed Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) had admitted to committing a crime by acknowledging having used an escort service.

2. Do you really need to be an expert?
I mean, you ARE a lawmaker after all. It's like saying, "I'm not up to snuff on all those laws against murder." Law can go either way with these folks.

3. She seems not to be a Hatch Act lawyer either. Her staff e-mails are online
plainly violating the Hatch Act, and what has she done about it? She won't even respond to complaints.

When will she do something about her own people violating laws! Seems like the Republicans get a pass on the US Code now.

4. Really? Aren't you a legislator? Isn't it your business to know the fucking laws?
You pass em, lady. You ought to know 'em.

5. Don't worry...
...she's not much of an expert on anything. Her civilian job, before politics, was politics -- she was a consultant.

6. If you don't know prostitution is illegal, you're too damn stupid to be a Senator.
Or too damn DISHONEST. I have a feeling I know which
one it is in this case.

8. Rethugs shrug at Laws unless Dems break them.
Rethugs are not held to any standards by other Rethugs.

11. She voted to acquit Clinton...she's a RINO.
If she had voted to impeach, then I'd have a different view of her comment, but she seems consistent in her choice to stay out of her colleague's sex lives.

Also opposed the PBA act and filibustered the Repub "nuclear option" attempt.
