John McCain - broke?
Keith said it was reported that the last $2 million of his campaign's war chest is tied up in debt.

I wish I could say I was sad about this but... I'm really not!

2. He needs to swap his "gay sweater"--
--for a "straight jacket." (Just in case you missed the original thread where this little gem appeared.

7. Poor John.
Looks like he's going to drop out, or he's going to be SERIOUSLY desperate for cash.

Hmm... Maybe we could arrange a fund raiser for good old Flip-Floppy McCain! Make him dance for a nickel, make him sing for a quarter, and make him switch positions on some important issue for a dollar! We could probably raise $30 for him!

6. Most of that was announced yesterday. He had $250 thousand
in cash left. I have to say I did feel a little sorry for him when I heard Keith say he flew commercial to his campaign speech site today and carried his own bags. I would never vote for John after he kissed up to Shrub so much, but I can't help feel a little sympathy for the man.

9. good pension?
john mccain points up something: any politician, working from the right of centre could, if he wished, make his name, change history, reek havoc on the organised thieves who control the country, be a hero in the mold of a JFK, or Teddy Roosevelt, and most importantly put his country back on track.
but mccain wanted to be a figurehead(?)
