Our government planning to use weapons on it's own citizens? I asked...
Last September I wrote to my electeds: Senator Maria Cantwell, Senator Patty Murray and Congressman Jay Inslee (all DEMOCRATS) regarding the September, 2006 Associated Press article which states that the Air Force Secretary suggests:

“Nonlethal weapons such as high-power microwave devices should be used on American citizens in crowd-control situations before they are used on the battlefield.

Domestic use would make it easier to avoid questions in the international community over any possible safety concerns, said Secretary Michael Wynne.”

I asked all three electeds if the U.S. government was planning on using weapons against it’s own citizens for ANY reason. To date, neither Maria Cantwell, Patty Murray, or Jay Inslee has responded to my September 2006 (emailed) correspondence. Apparently they have no opinion, or perhaps they have no problem with this concept!

1. They probably already are,
you might want to read up on HAARP, the giant microwave mesh system in Alaska. It's pretty scary. Type it in your favorite search engine and look around.

3. An airman was hospitalized with 2nd degree burns all over his body this past spring
he was a test subject for the microwave gun, which was being tested somewhere on the East Coast.

So I don't think they worked out the bugs yet.

4. Cheryl Welsh is one of a handful of experts recognized by the UN
for her knowledge of so called "non-lethal" and directed-energy weapons.

She is a human rights activist against technologies and weapons that target the mind and central nervous system.

Here is her website.
http://www.mindjustice.org

Cheryl became involved in her activism after she experienced harassment while attempting to enlist in the US military in the 1980's.

The 1980's saw the development of the technology to go along with what was called the revolution in military affairs (RMA)-a policy that has failed-- and the full spectrum dominance model of 21st century warfare which required the "force transformation" that Rumsfeld et.al. devoted so much time and effort to.

It isn't tinfoil.
