NPR national paid republicans...
Okay, this is a simple thing and it also may have been a slip of the tongue, but it also shows how deeply the concept of going to war with Iran is permeating our brains.

This morning on NPR actually about 10 minutes ago there were two reports of bombs going off in Iraq, but did the announcer say Iraq? Nope, both times, she said Iran.

Slip of the tongue perhaps but at the same time is a subtle way of injecting us with the war mentality. \

Oh and yes, I'm paranoid. :)

1. The next day after the GOPig debate I plainly heard a reporter on NPR

describe Juliani as Governor of New York.

3. Having enemies on both sides doesn't automatically mean that you must be correct.
It could simply mean that you're so wrong that nobody likes you.

By the way, your post seems to imply a false equivalence between the left and the right - that only the middle (whatever that is...) is correct. Did you mean to imply that? I'm not attacking you, just curious where you're coming from.

4. More likely it means they are doing a bad job.
I've always wondered the kind of thinking that you espouse.

If you ran a business and ALL of your customers complain about the service rendered would you claim that it means you are doing a decent job?

Not likely.
