| I had this dream about 2008... |
 |
Before the primaries began, the major Democratic candidates and key public servants, got together and decided to run as a team. After electing Barack Obama to the White House with Hillary Clinton as his VP, the others agreed to step into the following Cabinet positions:
Bill Clinton: State
Wes Clark: Defense
John Edwards: Labor
Bill Richardson: Health and Human Services
Al Gore: Interior
Dennis Kucinich: Agriculture
Chris Dodd: Commerce
Joe Biden: Homeland Security
Mike Gravel: Treasury
Patrick Fitzgerald: Justice
It was just a dream.

| 1. Hm. Other than the Prez/VP, it's not exactly a diverse group. |

Very much unlike the nightmare of today.
I think your dream makes me realize that we're going to do well. Lots of combinations and options.

| 8. The candidates do represent hope but, beyond that, I wonder what might happen, if this scenario... |
 |
...or something similar, were presented to the voting public. All of them could spread out and campaign as a team, with the stated goal of giving America back to the people.

We need an AG with a proven record of fig hing for justice and fairness and Dennis has that in spades. my second pick for AG would be Ralph Nadar, but I like the guy and he wold not live to see his first year of service.

| 14. I had this nightmare about Lady Liberty |
 |
The torch of freedom was no longer held high. Instead, she was pointing at me asking, "Did YOUR vote count?" very much a la "Uncle Sam Needs YOU."
I awoke.
