This is one of the most in-depth looks at the ACTUAL RECORD of
Hillary Clinton as a board member of WalMart.

Also covers how Senator Clinton changed per position - to say she believes workers at
WalMart do have the right to organize - in order to appeal to the Union vote in her
bid for the presidency.

Even while WalMart had top paid executives at the Board meetings she attended - who's role was
to make sure unions could never get a foothold at WalMart. Mrs. Clinton did nothing
to speakout for workers - or to defend their basic right to organize in any way.

Instead - she showed deep corporate loyalty to WalMart and its principles - including speaking
on behalf of the retail giant.

This video is a real eye-opener.

7. Interesting - not one response to the Substance of the Video
anyone care to comment on the Substance? Attacks on other DUers is pretty ineffective and silly.

8. Both Clinton and Gore are Democrats
Hillary Clinton was once on the Board of Directors at Wal-Mart. (Nonunion) = BAD

Al Gore Is currently on the Board of Directors at Apple. (Nonunion) = Good?
Gore praises Wal-Mart on environment

Wal-Mart sells products made by sweatshop labor In China and other countries. = Bad

All of Apples hardware Is outsourced to China and other countries using sweatshop labor. = Good?
iPod maker admits breaking Chinese labor law, says Apple approved sweatshop labor

Steve Jobs, Proud to Be Nonunion

Why the Hate for Hillary?

Both Hillary and Gore are Democrats

11. Steve Jobs is not running for president of the US
Steve Jobs isn't running for any elected office. It doesn't surprise me that a capitalist opposes labor unions because unions are here to defend the interest of workers not of capital. Capital wants to extract every ounce it can out of every "resource" available, even its human "resources."

When Steve Jobs runs for an elected office and if he runs as a Democrat, then I'm sure his past comments will come back to haunt him.

What gets me is that the Democratic party appears to care about workers, those in unions or not (and most American workers in the private sector are non unionized, unfortunately) only at election time. The remainder of the time unions are given very short shrift.

10. I tire of Hillary supporters saying she was on the board
while Sam Walton was still living. As if Sam Walton was a huge supporter of unionization! Sam Walton was no down home operator of a mom and pop store, he was a voracious capitalist interested only in maximizing his profits and growing Wal Mart. Sam Walton by his actions destroyed many "mom and pop" stores in many communities.

Wasn't the Rose Law Firm also a law firm that defended corporations? Hillary was certainly not a trial lawyer defending the weak against the powerful and well connected, that's for sure. Hillary has always been about defending the interests of the ruling elites.
