New Rules For October 19 2007

There was an incident last night at CBS Television City and it wasn’t pretty.
Someone in the Real Time With Bill Maher audience started yelling, specifically at Chris Matthews.
After a day-long effort trying to figure out exactly what this first person said ( there were a few-including one woman who’s butt Bill threatened to kick out of the studio.
Using a host of different kinds of professional sound equipment and an old-fashioned Roto-Scoper connected to 1986 issue Sony Walkman® earphones . I’m able to conclusively agree that it began as “Chris Matthews , you said I promise not to…” and then Bill jumps up and charges out to the audience.

:: Later in this part (3:24) of the segment, one can distinctly hear a man’s voice yell out: “Tell us what happened in building 7 Bill!!?”

I posted the whole show here
The whole segment is here
A short clip of just the incident is here

1. Notice how tense CM is in that segment (vs the other guests)...
arms tightly clenched across his chest. The others just sat relaxed, slightly amused and/or confused. He knew what this was all about, and he wanted it to end fast.

5.  Rotoscopers are for graphics, not audio
I don't know if he's joking or wrong, but you use them to convert video into what looks like original hand-drawn animated graphics, like in this mixed video/rotoscoped still frame from the music video "Take On Me" by the band A-ha (mid-80's).

4. Best yet. Perfect for Sunday morning in sunny California!
Thanks, Bill (and whoever writes your stuff). Couldn't have had a better start for my week. I think the reasons that extremely active Christians are so fat is that they attend so many church pot-luck suppers. (In addition to their lack of diligence at certain activities they consider sinful.)
