The first time War Crimes charges are being heard against Blair and Bush in compliance with due legal process... A two year investigation show that these two heads of state had participated in the formulations of executive of orders and directives to avoid Geneva Convention laws ie. torture. Investigation and complaints from victims show a Nuremberg crime against peace... A Seven judge war tribunal will decide if the two will be charged with war crimes....

1. War Crimes
This has been long overdue. As long as these leaders remain free, justice is being denied. There should be no Country in this world that is above International laws and norms,no matter how powerfully they are, everyone should be made to play by the same rules.
Some countries like to make the rules, but never ever want their friends or them self to have to play by those rules or comply with them

3. I will withhold my rejoicing until the sentencing.
The Justice will have been served of these two.

Then they can go after Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld and so on down the list.

4. surprising and really good. looks like the world was not forced to look forward
and sweep crimes under the rug which is what our nobel peace prize president told us we were going to do...and then he proceeded to do...ignoring many of us. I think this is important for the world but really important for Americans. Its a festering filth which we have to face. The indecency and inhumanity of our actions and those who supported it..I remember people debating torture on national tv and it still hurts..

5. Whatever the outcome in this case,
I hope it is just the beginning of many more investigations and trials to come from around the world for Bush, Blair, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, ect. Thus far they've inexplicably been given a pass.

I want something tangible, something beyond the mere hope that historians 50 or 100 years from now will find the Bush II era to have been an abhorrent aberration.

I want to see justice done NOW! Not just for the sake of retribution, but also as a cautionary reminder that to engage in such behavior is unacceptable-- Even for powerful people... Especially for powerful people.

6. Pretty ironic
...that the West has to be taught the meaning of justice by one of their former colonies.
