So the fact NBC on Wednesday night never mentioned the marine being critically injured hardly surprised me. I expected that. Having been thru the events of St Paul. No I wasn't there, but I have friends, close friend who was like a block away from the Minority Report Pre Offense arrests (lives) and also a cousin who lives in Minneapolis/St Paul and works in Owatonna (and was on the other side of the highway bridge when the the bad bridge collapsed at the time and I guess became instant friends even though I've know her since she was born. We weren't that close till that happened. ie I returned the favor by going to her wedding to someone who's hispanic which shouldn't matter but her uncle my dad refused to go. Jesús is one of the nicest and except when he does speak in spanish, you would never know when he's speaking in English. Totally anti stereotype. I was told I was going to be embarassed because no white person was going to show up, was going to go to a bad church thats falling apart. Neither of which is true and even if hardly a white person showed up I really didn't give a shit. My cousin is family and any family member should support cousins choice in whatever they do. Heck even Dick Cheney (ewe) has his Lesbian daughter. Yeah I get off subject about this. but I'm almost always concerned with my cousins. It happened several years earlier with one on moms side. who was almost murdered by a prick. It really turns out they just never should have been together. He's a nice guy now. she's a bit off kilter. Almost got her other cousin in a situation where she might have been date raped. So right now I'd be astranged from her for now. But they are way over in CO and I'm in Iowa. First the good cousin was one of the few good female tattoo artists in the Denver area now I hear shes learning to care for animals. glad to hear that. But everyones got their ups and downs. wish the marine lots of luck in regaining his momentum.
