and expect it to be unconstitutional.

And what is the point anyway. If a student can do drugs and have a 4 point average then what does the University accomplish, other than wasting money.

If a student does drugs and flunks out what does the University accomplish other than wasting money?

What educational functions is the university having to forgo to pay for the tests, and what is the student's recourse for erroneus test results or misidentified specimen?

What about alcohol, or cigarettes, aspirin impairs to a certain extent what about aspirin?
