Summary: The 2012 Ames Iowa Straw Poll results are broken down by The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur. Congressmen Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul were the big winners while Tim Pawlenty came in a distant third leading him to drop out of the presidential race.

PS---Check out http://www.youtube.com/tytuniversity|TYT University> hosted by Ana Kasparian and Jayar Jackson of The Young Turks. The show focuses on college students and related issues (tuition, finding a job, dating, parties, religion, campus controversy and everything in between). We're looking for students, faculty members and recent graduates struggling to find work to submit videos from across the globe that might be used on the show each week.

1. Surprise, surprise the beltway media WRONG again! Idiots blathering to themselves having no
clue from one cocktail party to the next. They wouldn't even recognize America if they ever got out of their own circle. They might say wow, things are really shitty out here. Wow, jobs do matter. Wow, u don't have money for car repairs guess that's why u don't just buy a new car. Circle jerks; the lot of them. Lawrence has been wrong on a lot of his, I know Washington and politics this yr.

3. Oh yea
Lawrence O'Donnell doubled and tripled down on Pawlenty even when any sane person knew he didn't have a snow ball chance in hell. Talk about fail prognosticating

4. People make way too much
out of this vote buying fundraiser. Rachel Maddow had a greaat piece on this a couple of nights ago and I think she stated that Bachman purchased 6,000 votes and gave them out to people to use. I think the votes were $30.00 each. Romney didn't really participate so this is more a waste of time pondering the meaning of this straw vote.

5. True but the MSM ignoring Ron Paul (while previously trumping up Pawlenty) was the point.
At least that was my interest in this video.
