4. Cops were supposed to use Tasers in lieu of guns. But very many are using them whenever they damn

well feel like it. Some of that is training, but we need - as a country - to revamp our entire law enforcement. Far too much abuse by psychopaths, sadists and those who just can't handle the job. We need much better screening and we need the cops that aren't psychos to do their goddamn jobs and weed out the bad ones before they beat or kill.
