2. Walker generally goes to private businesses -no public or press allowed but
a few times (there is a youtube video of protesters also of him at Devil's lake state park) where the public is allowed and he gets protested.

3. I feel sorry for Scotty's driver
because I can only imagine the stream of vulgarities streaming out of the governor's mouth as they drove away from that event. Good on the badger folk for making all his public appearances opportunities to video their outrage and disgust!

4. Beautiful!
That must be another one of the low points of high school grad & GOP governor Scott Walker's life. . .

. . . like when he was kicked out of college for cheating.

6. It takes a set....
Let's face it. The guy cuts funding for education, takes away the collective bargaining rights for teachers, then has the gall to show up at a campus. The guy is either an idiot, or he's a sociopath. Probably both. Either way, he shouldn't be the Gov.

8. I love how he talks on....
.... continuing to, like in all aspects of his life, no doubt, ignore reality.

"It is a great honor to be here...."

Ay yay yay!

9. How much Koch $$$ will it take to make up for that?
Not only are you going to get recalled, Scotty, I think it's safe to say you'll never get another elected position in the state of Wisconsin.

Kudos to all the badgers who showed up and reminded this clueless tool what democracy is all about.

10. I applaud Wisconsinites. Unfortunately Walker was praised here in Minnesota
....yesterday evening for getting the job done on our local news. The camera paned into Walker's smug expression as he gloated about how he balanced his state budget and then our news anchors said "Why then can't Minnesota balance our budget?

Governor Dayton is the total opposite of Governor Walker. He cares about people, and he kept trying to balance our budget and negotiate with the Republicans in the house and senate for several months now. They never have made a move to compromise once. Now after two weeks of a state shut down our Governor has finally caved and has given them what they have wanted to save our state. He said they need to drop their outlandish proposals which are still on the table so they still haven't agreed to end the shut down.

We will hold back funding for education, and borrow more money as Governor Dayton has no other viable option. There will be no tax hikes on the wealthiest 2% who have received tax breaks while sending jobs overseas laying off many of my friends and acquaintances. Health services will be cut back, and special needs neglected. We will suffer. The rich will get what they want –for awhile anyway. But come hell or high water the Republicans will all be voted out the next time around. "As God is my witness" they will all go away someday. Unfortunately it won't be soon enough for many people in Minnesota.

17. We had a 2.6 mil surplus to begin with,
Sure he balanced a budget that started with a surplus, which he rigged to appear as 3.6 mil deficit during the time of trying to pass the budget, then all of a sudden the money was found again. When Doyle left that money was there, then suddenly it wasn't, then just as sudden heh, there it is.

Does anyone get the impression Walker was hoping to evoke some violence for the camera?
