4. I think it is time to realize
that Obama is not cowed by Fox and Republican criticism. He is just doing his job by behaving as if Fox News is a credible source of legitimate criticism. He is doing what his employer wants him to do.

When Fox or some other right wing source criticizes Obama what do we do? We point out how wrong the right wing source is and we defend Obama. We can hardly keep up with crazy right wing claims about Obama. Take Louie Gohmert's most recent insanity for example.

Wake up! This is a ruse! No one could believe these crazy anti-Obama rants. This phenomenon exists for one purpose. That purpose is to keep us too busy defending Obama to recognize that he is doing the bidding of corporate America at our expense. This is an exact replay of the Clinton phenomenon. They attacked Clinton 24/7. We didn't recognize until it was too late that Clinton was a partner in their right wing legislative agenda. I will not vote for Obama, no fucking way. I recognize who he serves and it ain't me.

6. 1 hour vs. 5 hours
Fox slammed Obama for wasting about 1 hour on filling out his bracket and now slam him again for NOT wasting 5 hours to throw out first pitch?

eyes roll

7. The day Obama took office his approval rating was 67%
He hadn't even been sworn in yet or made one policy decision yet. He needs to realize that you will NEVER make 100% of the country happy. I believe JFK held the highest approval rating in history with 70%, that means there was still 30%! who didn't like him. Stop trying to appease the 30% who just flat out hate govt.

9. Barack threw out the all-star game pitch....
I was in attendance when President Obama threw out the
ceremonial first pitch at the 2009 MLB All-Star game in St.
Louis. After the game, I attended a hotel party and a certain
group of men were grousing how disgusted they were that the
President appeared on the field in blue jeans. They must not
have realized it was a baseball game and not a formal
occasion. After listening to them complain about him some
more, I theorized they weren't going to be happy with him
regardless of what he did.
