The Constitution predates Arizona by more than a century. And that whole state's rights deal was settled in 1865 (almost 50 years before Arizona statehood) YOU JOINED IT AS IT WAS IN 1912 ASSHOLE!

My son could be detained under that piece of crap, since WA isn't a state that requires proof of citizenship for a drivers license or state ID.

Didn't know the jerk who wrote it. I tend to ignore specific authors, because a majority of the legislators are responsible for it's passage, no matter how much of a jerk the author is.

3. I wish someone would get it right

The states gave up sovereignty in return for joining the United States.

"Sovereignty is the quality of having supreme, independent authority over a geographic area, such as a territory."

Personally, I have weird ideas on the entire thing.

Americans have way to many layers of government, and should do away with some, such as state and county governments.

In their place would just be the city governments responsible for large swaths of land.

9. The laughable idea that these "Sovereign States" people...

have not cosidered is there is no difference between 50 Sovereign States & 50 countries with a treaty to kinda like NATO "An attack on one is an attack on all" Unless that attack comes from within then you have yourself a cluster fuck!

There would trade wars & states doing deals with other countries & NOTHING could stop them because the Federal Government would not have final say.

Just like almost all of the Right Wing ideas out there if you take them to their final conclusion you end up with pure madness!

I try to explain this to my misguided Conservative Friends but the conversation ends there...Or I get called a Communist or some other name that does not apply.
