Harold Wells, the head of clean-up on Perdido Key, says his workers aren't finding that much oil out on the sand.

Drilling with heavy equipment to find buried oil is now done, and Bp wants the county to sign off that the beaches have been cleaned...

But commissioners are reluctant to do so...worried that there is still oil submerged underwater that will eventually wash onshore.
