1. Matt Taibbi had a great report on Boner on Rolling Stone that touches on just that kind of thing.

Boner is nothing but all talk and no substance.

Boner has a sidekick representing a neighboring district who's just like him. Jim Jordan goes all around the place talking about the need to cut government spending. But, when the Defense Dept. announced they were cutting production of a military vechicle produced in his district this week, Jordan responded by saying he's all for cutting spending, but not in this case.
