President Obama announced yesterday that Bill Daley will be taking over as his Chief of Staff. The liberal base is torn over the selection of Daley, with some believing that he is nothing more than a corporatist Democrat, who is too close to big business. The Chamber of Commerce seems happy enough about the pick of Daley, which is never a good thing.

1. That means the foreign companies that funneled money through the US CoC
...to finance GOP candidates in the last election must love Obama's new CoS, too!

3. Oh the Ways of Washington: Some things never change.
Take your memory back to the last election. Recall
the reports that Wall Street and Big Business had
turned on Obama and those who had prevdiously given
financial support to the Obama camapaign were now
going to Republicans. Wall Street, the HEDGE FUNDERs
and Chamber of Commerce were angry about the Wall ST.
Reforms (new Regs) and the slowness in passing Trade
Deals. The COC Donohue specificaly stated --the Wall ST.
Reforms will be repealed and the Trade Deals will be passed
as he passed out millions.

We got a shellacing and the President will now be working
with the Republicans. Bill Daley has the perfect resume
to help Obama salvage his 2ond Term. Bill Daley is a
Perfect Fit with COC and their demands. BTW, Paul Volker
is stepping down from his position at the WH. The Volker
Rule was never enforded.

They need a Democratic President to give credibility to
the Republican Policies that will be passed over the
next few years. Just as Bill Clinton put the Democratic
Seal of Approval on Policies of the Right, so will now
Obama.
