4. Saw them (as part of the Mothers) w/ Zappa at the Boston Music Hall
Opening act: Chuck Berry!

The Zappa show was the single filthiest piece of entertainment I've ever seen in my life. It made the legendary "Zappa / Mothers / Fillmore 1971" album seem like a Barney performance.

Brought a blind date...my brother's next door neighbor. He drove us. She was not pleased. She looked like Carole King's little sister, wore a white turtleneck sweater and jeans and a HUGE peace medal on a leather strap and remained silent during the entire concert. When he brought us home, she got out of the car and walked up to her front door without saying a word.

Her..not so much.

See, the problem with all that hillarious "filth" is that the gender "dirtied" is usually women...We are the "dirty joke".

I "get" why the blind date didn't like it...Clothing aside (wtf does what she wore have to do with anything?)

Me?...I wore hippie clothes, but would have put up an earlier and much LOUDER objection.
