From the video you can see he's being sarcastic, annoyingly, and basically jut poorly repeating the typical right ring argument that now that the government has a vested interest in keeping health care costs down it could affect how people live their lives since something, such as fatty foods, harms someone's health, raises health care costs and we are all in this together so it now affects everyone and the government will start regulating everything considered unhealthy. Frankly I wouldn't have a problem with that anyway. I eat healthy, I like my costs going down. Also, food processing and consumption today is incredibly wasteful and has many side effects such as being harmful to the environment.

Of course because HCR was weakened we aren't really all in this together yet.

The point here, as suggested by the topic, shouldn't be his sarcastic comment. It should be his continued attack on HCR and how we should respond to the right's assault.
