1. why don't we have
reporters and investigative news programs like this in the U.S.? Of course the corporate news agencies are a big answer to this question.

3. And yet folks still cling to their religion!
No wonder so many give praise to Pope Beck!

4. Organized religion in the end is nothing but a power structure based on mass delusion.
Deluded people tend to favor their delusions over reality. The question is wether this delusion to help some individuals cope with our sapience and self awareness (a characteristic purely human) is somehow an evolutionary development or something purely learned and arbitrary...

6. I agree!
I've got a cousin who was wrongfully laid off from a teaching job in a Catholic school - after 15 years, no less. How she goes on, about how if she just trusts in her savior, she'll be rescued from sheer poverty. I wish I could bring her round to reality, but to do so would only alienate her.

5. There is right and wrong in this world
and the Catholic Church is WRONG! The church's reputation is not more valuable than the lives it destroys. In fact whenever the church covers up the damage done to its most vulnerable, it throws its precious reputation into the sewer, with both hands!
