for using Oompa Loompa likeness and demand Bonehead change color because Bonehead is tarnishing and sullying the good look and likeness of the Oompa Loompa Tribe. Lawsuit by Oompa Loompa tribe claims that Bonehead does not represent them and is not affiliated in anyway with Oompa Loompas and ask the court to issue a Cease and Desist order from Bonehead for using the Oompa Loompa Look and Likeness because Real Oompa Loompas are not a POS like this Bonehead POS.
