If you're surrounded by police and one of them quickly snatches your feet and drags you across the ground, how in the hell are you supposed to get up?
Also how is that considered resisting?
Third, she's been evicted. It's not like they had anywhere to go or a home to safely stash their kids. And again, those cops were on that woman pretty quick. With a child on her back and she's getting dragged by the feet face up , what was she supposed to do? There doesn't appear to be any kind of special maneuver that she could have used in that situation to reach around and grab the kid.
