I'm sexually repressed from birth. While I don't believe I've ever stared at an attractive woman for more than a few seconds (at least one who has had her naughty bits fully or partially covered) my eyes are drawn to her chest. This happens even though I'm a 'leg man' and I've tried hard (no pun) over the years to stop this bit of evolutionary baggage from hindering what the other party thinks of me. Now if the woman has a cleavage down to her waistline then her intent is for you to look, in my opinion. However, if there is little or no cleavage then the woman is not necessarily looking for attention in that area and I treat the situation aptly. Now I may be totally wrong here and Gloria and Erica may beat down my door 5 minutes after I post this. Please be kind, I mean no harm.
